The operation that require back and forth movement in short-distance, resulting in loss of time and unnecessary movement. These problems can be solved by using the Karakuri system to send the workpiece to the destination without manpower or using the trolley, which can help to reduce the time needed to move the workpiece.
The principle of the application is round-trip transfer by using weight of the workpiece. The weight of the workpiece will push the tray to move forward. When the workpiece is picked out off the tray, the Karakuri’s weight will pull the tray back to the original place.
