3D Robotic Arm Fiber Laser Cutting with Welding Complex System
3D Robotic Arm Fiber Laser Cutting with Welding Complex System is the first automated system in the world that can cut and weld the workpiece or combine both tasks without change in anything. This solution has 11 axis to operate with a dual-position rotating table, where the operator can prepare the next workpiece while the machine is manufacturing at the same time. This is a great opportunity for factories. One interesting use case is in the E-Bike manufacturing industry. The traditional system uses 6 machines with 80KW laser , taking 74 seconds to produce per piece and requiring 3 workers. With this new solution, only 1 machine is needed, using a 25KW laser and completing production in just 37 seconds, with only 1 worker required. The result clearly reduces labor, related processes, time, and energy by more than 50% while improving efficiency by around 6.7 times.
3rd Generation Maglev Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
The 3rd Generation Maglev Fiber Laser Cutting Machine is also the first machine in the world with this latest technology. It could reduce huge amounts of maintenance tasks and energy consumption. Because of the Maglev technology, there is no physical touching point in moving parts which reduces wear and friction greatly.
