ล่าสุด YG-1 ได้พัฒนาไลน์สินค้าหัวกัดพร้อมเม็ดมีด 3 คมตัด ขนาดใหม่ ‘TPKT07’ เม็ดมีดแบบ Positive ออกแบบมาเป็นพิเศษ ลดครีบ และลด Mismatching ในการตัดเฉือนแบบ Step เม็ดมีดมีเกรดให้เลือกหลากหลายเพื่อความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานกับวัสดุต่าง ๆ ต่อยอดจากรุ่นก่อนหน้าอย่าง TPKT11 และ TPKT16 เป็นการตอบโจทย์การใช้งานในขนาดที่แตกต่างกันมากยิ่งขึ้น
Building on the positive feedback of the TPKT11 and TPKT16 while utilizing the same technological and application advantages, YG-1 is introducing the TPKT07 insert and cutter to cater to a broader range of machining sizes and requirements.
YG SM3 MILL TPKT ออกแบบมาให้มีคมตัดแบบ High Helix ส่งผลให้แรงในการตัด Cutting Force ลดลง การออกแบบเม็ดมีดแบบ Positive Rake Angle เพื่อเพิ่มความคมของเม็ดมีด และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการคายเศษ ลดการเกิดครีบของชิ้นงาน ด้วยการออกแบบเม็ดมีดแบบ Curve Cutting Edge สามารถลด Mismatching ในการตัดเฉือนแบบ Step ได้ ช่วยเพิ่มความแม่นยำโดยรวมในการทำงาน มีคมตัด Wiper แบนและกว้าง ทำให้ได้คุณภาพผิวงาน Finishing ที่ดีเยี่ยม
The YG SM3 MILL TPKT is designed with a high helix cutting edge, effectively reducing cutting force and ensuring smooth cutting. Its high positive rake angle geometry optimizes chip formation while minimizing burrs. Additionally, the newly designed curved cutting edge minimizes mismatches at step machining, enhancing overall precision. The wide wiper of the SM3 platform allows for superior surface finishes to be achieved on the floor in addition to the quality of the wall of the shoulder.

นอกจากนี้ ยังเพิ่มหน้าลาย GN ST และ GL เพื่อให้ครอบคลุมการใช้งานมากขึ้น ซึ่ง Holder มีแบบ End Mills, Modular และ Face Mill Cutters ซึ่งมาพร้อมกับ Internal Coolant
โดยขนาดของ TPKT07 มีให้เลือกตั้งแต่ 12-52 มม. และมีขนาดนิ้วตั้งแต่ 0.5-2 นิ้ว
TPKT11 มีจำหน่ายตั้งแต่ 20-63 มม. และตั้งแต่ 1.25-5 นิ้ว
TPKT16 มีจำหน่ายตั้งแต่ 32-200 มม. และตั้งแต่ 1.25-6 นิ้ว
TPKT offers GN, ST, and AL chip breakers to fulfill various machining requirements. YG-1 also provides end mills, modular end mills, and face mill cutters with coolant, enabling comprehensive solutions for different machining applications. The cutting size of TPKT07 is available from 12mm to 52mm and from .5” to 2”. TPKT11 is available from 20mm to 63mm and from 1.25” to 5”. TPKT16 is available from 32mm to 200mm and from 1.25” to 6”.
