Zero Point Plates

An automatic clamping system that operates seven times faster than traditional manual clamping. It is the thinnest plate on the market, suitable for 4-axis and 5-axis machines with limited production space. It features an air-lifting system for convenient workpiece clamping and removal, and easy maintenance. It is ideal for automated production lines in modern factories. 

Zero Clamping System

The system consists of various parts  such as pistons, splines, base plates, and clamping studs.  Customers can choose hydraulic or pneumatic versions  based on their requirements. The system comes with an AIR edition patent which uses the compressed air to lift and compensate for deviations, ensuring the workpiece remains centered (zero position) .
